Lifeline 24/7 Lifeline's telephone counselling service provides 24 hour a day, 7 day a week counselling and support. Calls are confidential and free and you will speak to a trained Lifeline counsellor. Call (09) 522 2999 from within Auckland or 0800 543 354 from outside Auckland.
