Dear Friend

Welcome to Lifeline's latest E-newsletter...

As Lifeline embarks on the August recruitment for telephone counsellor volunteers, we reflect on the balance giving  back to the community can bring to our lives.  One aspect of this may be a stronger sense of self- acceptance and Denis Bunbury reflects upon 'accepting myself as I really am.'

We keep you up to date with events at Lifeline, including the upcoming ASIST Training workshops.

Happy Reading!

Best wishes

Bryan Wilshire

As I set out for my lunchtime walk...

By Denis Bunbury

I passed by Goodey’s Bookstore and read their pavement notice board: "To be, is first of all to accept yourself as you really are."
