In this issue of the newsletter we have an article by Denis Bunbury dealing with the need to continue to challenge ourselves to work on our own self awareness.
Also; challenges of a different kind; a story about a counsellor's experience of Outward Bound togehter with an article exploring the need for strong leadership in times of turmoil.
Finally, we share some of what's happening at Lifeline including an invitation to attend the launch of the new book by Michael Green, "Blood Bond" and a visit to Lifeline by the legendary John Kirwan who has done so much to raise awareness and de-stigmatise depression.
