Lifeline's telephone counselling volunteers come from all walks of life and all backgrounds but share one thing in common ...the desire to make a difference in the community.
Training and intake dates are currently being finalised for 2012. If you would like to be notified when we are accepting applications for our next training intake, please email us.
Once training is completed, successful volunteers undertake 3 x three hour telephone counselling shifts per month together with a monthly supervision meeting for ongoing support.
As we are a 24/7 service, we can accommodate evening, daytime and weekend volunteer shifts to fit around your schedule.
