have succesfully completed the Lifeline training report that they find it enriching and
stimulating and learn a lot about themselves and others. Skills learnt can be applied to many aspects of their lives.

In return, LifeLine volunteers are expected to...

Complete 12 weeks of training and achieve a satisfactory standard in assessments

Participate in ongoing training and regular supervision meetings
-
Complete 3 x 3 hour telephone counselling shifts per month
-
Comply with the specific requirements of the service
-
Share responsibility for a warm caring spirit and efficiency in the LifeLine service
-
Accept and follow the Code of Ethics and adhere to the LifeLine Commitment
-
Work towards accreditation
-
Endeavour to contribute a minimum of two years service
