We are looking for a skilled Clinical Manager with experience in mental health to provide clinical leadership for all our services, including helplines and specialist counselling services, ensuring best practice standards are maintained.
Based in Epsom, you will be responsible for leading up to date, evidence- informed, high quality clinical practice across all Lifeline service delivery, ensuring safe practice of staff and volunteers, enhancing service delivery standards and supporting service development.
As you will be working with a wide variety of people and managing high levels of clinical risk, it is essential that you have:
- A qualification in counselling or related social services field
- Great IT skills
- Initiative in stressful situations and the ability to make sound decisions
- Solid clinical skills including experience in risk assessment
- Leadership & management experience
