Lifeline Foundation Charitable Trust
The role of the Trust is to acquire funds from third party philanthropic funds, gifts, bequests and donations.
The purpose of the Lifeline Foundation Charitable Trust is to enhance and support the emotional and mental wellbeing or people in New Zealand through the provision of Lifeline Services provided by PSN through the activities; not limited to:
- Telephone counselling services, face to face counselling and education
- Raising funds or other assets
- The maintenance, development and retention of trained volunteers and
- The encouragement and promotion of volunteerism
The Lifeline Foundation Charitable Trust Board:

Lifeline’s 24/7 helpline, Suicide Crisis Helpline – 0508 TAUTOKO and Kidsline receive no Government funding and are reliant on sponsorships, donations and bequests. All funds raised by Lifeline are used directly, to support the provision of our services throughout Aotearoa. The Lifeline Foundation Charitable Trust is registered with the Charities Commission (CC53914).
